Lillybrook

On Lillybrook we are about to demolish an old block of garages and create two new plots. We will not have the exact plot size available until the end June. We expect one plot to be for a 38 x 20 home, and the other plot to be a 34 x 20 home. Each home will have a garage alongside.

Church Park

Plot 42A is reserved for 38 x 20 new home for a customer, with delivery due late July. The home is from a new manufacturer called Modu, and viewings of the home will be possible by prior arrangement.
