3 new homes arrive in one week!

On week commencing 5th October we had two homes arrive on Church Park and one home arrive on Lillybrook. Normally we have a maximum of one home per month, so this marked a very busy period for us. Two of the homes have already been sold and the third will be available to view shortly. The homes are:

-A 40x13ft Homeseeker Affinity on 10 Lillybrook – sold to Harry & Sonia
-A 40x20ft Prestige Sonata 2 on 6 Church Park – sold to Kevin & Shirley
-A 37x13ft Homeseeker Affinity on 21 Church Park – for sale

 

We welcomed Kevin & Shirley to their new home on 5th November and they are delighted with their new home.

 

Harry & Sonia are looking forward to moving into their new home on 27th November.

Church Park welcomes its newest addition

Church Park has a new addition. Our latest home is a 31ft x 22ft Sonata Special boasting a spacious living room, perfect for a family get-together. The home faces side-on to the road, opposite our other new home (No.24). The lounge features patio doors which lead out onto a decking area and secluded garden. It comes with a personal garage beside the plot, and has a variety of eco-features.

The home is also the first 22ft unit on Church Park, making it the widest home on the park so far. This made for an interesting journey through Bradenstoke highstreet. We had to overcome exceedingly tight spaces, at times with less than an inch wiggle room. Our job was made possible with the co-operation of several Bradenstoke residents, who were kind enough to move their vehicles for us.

Work will now begin on preparing this luxury home for its lucky new owners, whoever they may be.
