Work on our latest phase (home No.134 – 147) has been progressing well over the past 6 months.
All sewer networks have been installed, all plots marked out and a rough road sub base laid.
The home sizes will be as follows: 6 homes at 42ft x 22ft. 6 homes at 44ft x 22ft. 2 homes at 46ft-50ft x 22ft. As with our last development, all homes will come equipped with a large garage and 2 parking bays on the plot.
The first home is scheduled to arrive in February 2023, with a further 5 to follow in 2023 at present.

Work on our New Development has been progressing well over
the past 6 months.
All 12 concrete bases for the homes have now been completed,
alongside 11 of the garage bases. The
drive ways for all the homes have also been installed, with only the top layer
of tarmac needed to finish them.
A substantial portion of the soil mountain in the top field
has been used in the homes gardens.
We have made the decision to order homes for plots 126 (50ft
x 22ft Prestige Sonata) & 129 (42ft x 22ft Prestige Sonata. These are
estimated to arrive in December 2020 – January 2021. Both these homes are
currently available to purchase.
With the fantastic weather over the last couple of months,
the hedge around the Development boarder has really started to take shape. We
have been delighted to see so many residents of both Lillybrook & Church
Park taking advantage of the lovely green walk around the outside of the field.
It has offered residents are safe space to walk during the lockdown.

Work has been progressing rapidly on our New Development in recent months.
We are have now completed all 12 concrete home bases.
With the first two homes due in next week, the site is really starting to take shape.
We expect to have the road completed by late August/early September.

We are delighted to announce that Lillybrook has been awarded the David Bellamy Gold conservation award for our continued efforts to preserve and promote our local wildlife and green areas.
Lillybrook was presented with the David Bellamy Silver Conservation Award back in 2010 and since then have been striving to achieve the Gold award, so it is with great pleasure and satisfaction that we receive such a prestigious accolade.
We have always tried to ensure that there have been a plethora of trees and green areas dotted around our parks. We must thank the David Bellamy Assessment Team for their helpful suggestions on how to improve our Park when they last visited in 2010. We have since implemented these ideas which have been recognised by the David Bellamy Assessment Team in awarding us the Gold conservation award.
The residents’ gardens have also had a contribution in us being awarded the gold certificate, with some truly stunning displays on show. We would like to thank residents for the time and effort they have spent on their gardens.
The Assessment Team also appreciated our recycling efforts, for example:
• Our recycling of concrete bases
• Our designated recycling bin area.
• Our new Eco Homes which contain environmental features such as:
1. A rainwater harvesting system.
2. Very high levels of insulation
3. Air source heat pump rather than fossil fuels (Oil or LPG) to heat homes via radiators.
